Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate engaging discussions on subjects related to HR, Research, Business Analytics, and General Marketing.
• Develop course curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials that align with the program’s objectives and industry standards.
• Employ innovative teaching methods, including case studies, group projects, and interactive activities, to foster critical thinking and practical application of concepts.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
• Conduct research in your area of expertise, publish scholarly articles in reputable journals, and actively participate in academic conferences and workshops.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, technological advancements, and research developments in your field, incorporating them into your teaching and research activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and academic departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects.
• Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and institutional initiatives to contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
• Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships to foster collaborative opportunities and promote the institution’s reputation.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, assisting them in their academic and career goals.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (HR, Research, Business Analytics, Marketing, etc.) from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated expertise and experience in the specific area of specialization (HR, Research, Business Analytics, General Marketing).
• Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to students.
• Proven research capabilities, including a track record of publications and presentations in reputable academic conferences or journals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages active student engagement and participation.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and research purposes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry professionals.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹99,000.00 per month
