The responsibilities of the Sr. Counsellor includes supporting the team with developing and monitoring counselling support for the team, and providing closing assistance as and when required. Key Responsibilities :
- Mentoring and driving productivity of immediate team mates
- Demonstrating on how to Connect to students who has enquired for programs on a daily basis
- Tracking Follow-up with the students and ensure all doubts of the students are cleared for self and for the team mates
- Assisting the team for admission closures as and when it is required.
- Working directly with the team to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
- Develop rapport with other inter department colleagues
- Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
