• Mentoring and driving productivity of immediate team mates
• Demonstrating on how to Connect to students who has enquired for programs on a daily basis
• Tracking Follow-up with the students and ensure all doubts of the students are cleared for self and for the team mates
• Assisting the team for admission closures as and when it is required.
• Working directly with the team to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
• Develop rapport with other inter department colleagues

Education & Experience :
