Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for developing and executing key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target campuses
Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer’s brand
Run the campus events across locations – end to end
Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields.
Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus
Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges
Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required
Ability to lead priority initiatives with aggressive timelines.
