Roles and Responsibilities

• Optimistic Leader, Result Oriented with Strong Ability to Interact Positively with Engineers and Project teams/ HODs
• Designing Delivering the training and development program based on the needs of the individual and the organization
• Identifying training and development needs in the Organisation
• Preparation of monthly Training Calendar and execution of the same.
• To assess the development by feedback from the employees on training workshops.
• Producing and delivering the training modules built for in-house training.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E/ B-Tech preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in technology service industry .
• Excellent Comm and presentation Skills
