Roles and Responsibilities
- Optimistic Leader, Result Oriented with Strong Ability to Interact Positively with Engineers and Project teams/ HODs
- Designing Delivering the training and development program based on the needs of the individual and the organization
- Identifying training and development needs in the Organisation
- Preparation of monthly Training Calendar and execution of the same.
- To assess the development by feedback from the employees on training workshops.
- Producing and delivering the training modules built for in-house training.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E/ B-Tech preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in technology service industry .
- Excellent Comm and presentation Skills
