Job Description:
•Providing one-on-one career guidance and assessment to assist with program enrolment.
•Helping students prepare for admissions applications and tests.
•Listening to students’ academic, and behavioral concerns & subject interests in an open and non-judgmental way.
•Meeting students & guardians directly to elaborate on the program offering & develop an interest in enrolment.
•Involved in the application, documentation of students documents & payment collection for program enrolment.
•Assisting /planning batch segregation & schedule management of the program to ease the available seat for student engagement.
•Assisting with conflict mediation and resolution between students, and teachers or parents and teachers to ensure students’ goals are not disrupted.
•Motivating students to achieve goals.
•Addressing & reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities.
