About this opportunity

This is a Developer role at CNS (AI T&I – AI Technology & Innovation) Ericsson R&D Chennai where you get to work with highly motivated engineers in driving technology architecture aspects to ensure leadership in the cognitive Network Solutions.

You will be part of the team which Develops, modernize and take to market MLOps platform fulfilling both customer and Ericsson internal needs and converge existing platforms into one common foundation.

Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.We organize in multi-functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do

  • Drive strategic technical leadership. Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling. Develop and test high quality products to deploy on cloud native platform
  • Perform trouble shooting and customer support. Drive continuous improvements of products and processes. Develop competence in technical domain.Manage communication, planning. collaboration and feedback loops with business stakeholders.Contribute to IPR creation for Ericsson in SA-CNS
  • Incorporate security requirements into design. Tools & processes improvements / automation / deployment. User documentation maintenance and creation

    • You will bring

    Knowledge of: AWS/GCP or another cloud platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm Charts. Dev Tools – GitHub and Dependency management, Jenkins, Argo CD (GitOps), DevOps. Configuration management tools : Chef/ Puppet/ Ansible. Continuous Integration and Delivery (Tools, Process)

    Basic Security Principles: OWASP – Show be familiar with various types of security threats and vulnerabilities & Security Patterns.Monitoring Tools – (Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk etc.) Automation – CI/CD pipelines (Plan, Design, develop, test, deploy)

    Coding & Design-Either of the programming language (Java, Python, Php, Perl etc.) Shell scripting.

    Design Patterns- Integration Patterns. Microservices (any stack) – Design principles/application. WebServices (REST based).Experience with creation of High Level Designs and visualize end to end workflows spanning across systems. Deep understanding of how to guard against failures that may occur in production and solving!
