- Training vendor management – Vendor identification, due diligence, registration, PO and onboarding
- Analyze BU wise demand inputs and prepare a high level training plan
Training plan & schedule
- Collate inputs from HR onboarding team the list of fresh hires onboarded, specialization and other information required for finalizing the training plan
- Plan and schedule training program – start date, end date, etc.
Data Management
- Preparing reports , Collecting feedback and sharing it with the respective SPOC’s
- Maintaining the accurate training details
- Tracking qualification of associates – first attempt, second attempt, etc.
- Program dashboard customization to be relevant to Bosch
Trainee engagement
- Connect & continuous engagement with freshers and laterals
- Plan & facilitate Leader connect, SME tech talk, Interactive sessions at Lab
- Plan & facilitate Monthly connects between Associates and Academy
- On-day coordination – updates & improvement
Post-training activities
- Evaluation of training effectiveness
- Transfer trained associates to business units – release them from ETT to units
Quality
- Process documentation – creation, maintenance and regular updates
- Participate in audits – internal & external
Qualifications
Post Graduate in HR(MBA )
