• Engage customers and stakeholders to identify the customers
• Actively collaborate with innovators to iterate on the product definition
• Build and Manage an Asian customer relationships/advisory board
• Coach technical team on customer engagement tools and techniques to support agile development.
• Provide updates on health of the incubator’s customer relationship
• Identify market needs as challenge problems for hackathons
• Coordinate pre-incubation meetings with stakeholders and potential customers to refine pitch
