Job Profile:

We are seeking an Obstetrician Gynaecologist who will be responsible for examining patients, diagnosing medical problems, and treating various illnesses and diseases related to women’s reproductive systems. The candidate will assist in maintaining and developing the patient service of the hospital. The Obstetrician Gynaecologist is also expected to bring or develop a further sub-specialty interest to complement the existing expertise within the facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose patients and identify their medical problems.

2. Conduct research and examine symptoms to provide proper medications and dosage assistance to patients.

3. Keep a track of the progress shown by the patients during the treatment process.

4. Provide health care assistance to pregnant women in prenatal, natal, and postnatal care.

5. Provide consulting help related to women’s reproductive systems.

6. Maintain reports of the patients that can help them in future treatments.

7. Refer patients to other specialists in case the disease is related to some other medical problem.

8. Evaluate any contraindications, Insufficient patient preparation, and the patient’s inability or unwillingness to tolerate the examination and associated procedures.

9. Work with the appropriate staff to ensure quality patient care.

10. Review patient medical history and supporting clinical information.

11. Monitor the patient’s physical condition and ensure their comfort during examinations.

12. Assume responsibility for the safety of the patient during clinical examinations.

13. Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and members of the health care team.

14. Foster a collaborative atmosphere with other members of the healthcare team.

Educational Qualification:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Education: Medical Degree (MS/ DNB/ DGO) with full registration in Gynaecology.

2. Registration and Qualification: Applicants must be fully registered as per the industry standards.

Skills Requirement:

The following skills and abilities are required for this position:

1. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, patient support system, professional colleagues and other staff.

2. Commitment to continuing professional development and teaching.

3.Good interpersonal skills And Caring attitude to patients.

4. Should have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME).

5. Enquiring, critical approach to work.

6. Ability to work effectively within role independently and as part of a team.

Consultants Preferred from: Multispecility Hospital Doctors, Resident Doctors, Private practitioner Gynaecologist looking for full time job role

Job Location : Mother & Child Care Multispeciality Hospital, at Lanka and at Lohata, Varanasi(Banaras), UP

Salary Package : 2.00 Lacs-6.00 Lacs Per Month **Negotiable for Right Candidate.

Reporting: COO/Operations | House Accommodation will be provided to Consultants/Doctors in City Locality
