Salary range: 5LPA to 6LPA

Languages required – Tamil, English, Hindi

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Batch and individual learner’s course completion

2. Manage a team of Batch coordinators and Student coordinators

3. Responsible for the performance of Batch and Student coordinators

4. Analyse and implement strategies that improve the performance of the learners and the whole batch.

Expectation:

1. Min 3 years experience in the Edu tech industry

2. Should have managed team size of 2 o 5

3. Should have the quality of taking ownership.

4. Should exhibit excellent leadership qualities

5. Self-drive
