The role is a techno-commercial role (more techno) to lead the content, curriculum and education program creation and conceptualization team for iGETIT. The role need to deliver the following objectives

  1. Define and execute the content strategy based on market needs and trends
  2. Define programs and learning modules for various GTM’s – B2B, B2C, B2A, B2G
  3. Keep the content updated based on market dynamics and customer feedback
  4. Drive the internal content creation team
  5. Work (Build a network) with external vendors, partners to build curriculum and content
  6. Use technology to deliver the training objectives effectively
  7. Work with Product Manager to build a roadmap for our igetit platform for effective delivery of the learning outcome
  8. Build a network of SME for program delivery
  9. Manage the outcome and delivery of programs

Required attributes

  • BTech / MTech / MBA
  • From the EdTech industry (Engineering Skilling)
  • Experience in Instructional design for online e-learning content creation
  • Experience of delivering and conceptualising programs for Training Online, offline and hybrid that are outcome based
  • Experience of managing a team building e-learning content
  • Automotive/Manufacturing domain preferred
  • Has worked with enterprises or colleges and universities and understands and market and its needs
  • Willing to travel
  • B2B Enterprise Business development exp preferred
