About the role:

As an Adapter, you work on different audio-visual content using our Text-to-Speech technology to transform written text and make adaptations to ensure accuracy in context and technical terms.

• This is a freelance position that is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Translate a manual script of a visual video and use Text-To-Speech technology to produce the same video in the target language through dubbing.
• Review and correct automated translations as necessary, and adapt translations for localization.
• Evaluate the quality of voice and overall video quality.
• Manage and resolve client rejections.

Requirements:

• Fluent in the target language
• Proficient in using technology (tech-savvy)
• Availability – between 10-30 hours per week
• Experience in transcription, translation, subtitling, proofreading, captioning, and localization (at least 2 years of experience)
