Job Description
This position is responsible to Develop and Manage talent for the respective zone. This position is a part of the Middle Management Team, expected to take over all responsibility of Zonal Manpower.
- Plan Organize and Schedule Corporate Induction for New joiners
- Plan, Organize, Schedule and deliver regular Functional Induction for Sales new joiners within TAT
- Identify knowledge & skill gaps (Functional) for Sales Teams and ensure gaps are filled by delivery of suitable training intervention (Behavioral/Soft Skills)
- Design and develop functional (product/process) modules.
- Create and Update Process Documents, Training Material, Databases & Trackers, MIS.
- Co-ordinate with Product, Business Excellence and Sales Strategy teams for new product launches /process change etc. and train the Sales teams accordingly
- Work on productivity improvement plan with Sales Supervisors to support to achieve their Goals/targets.
- Design & implement the Training Assessment/Feedback Forms and measure training effectiveness for all trainings delivered
- Implement immediate course correction based on feedback from key Stakeholders, participants and HR
Technical / Managerial Competencies Required: • Experience in Financial Industry • Excellent Communication Skills • Excellent on PPT making skills • Excellent / Good / Decent of Training Delivery (Can do Public Speaking Confidently) • Presentable (Personality) • Ready to travel Flexible • Proven Record in content development and delivery of Functional Training
