What You’ll Do

The Country Support(CS) team provides remote and onsite shared services support to HR(P&C) stakeholders and employees across more than 100countries globally. Our focus includes most of all events throughout employee’s lifecycle at Cisco, such like new employee onboarding and exit enablement, internal employee engagement initiatives, personnel file management, and compliance administration across all Cisco entities. The Cc Representative collaborates with other P&C teams to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience across all service offerings.

  • Ensure employee data and required documentation are gathered and compiled, ensure the ultimate experience is delivered.
  • Provide an exceptional experience by administering (directly or indirectly) the entire benefits lifecycle for an employee (i.e. medical/life insurance, pension, Flex allowance, meal vouchers, etc.)
  • Managing time tracking and absence processes as well as tool in line with local legal requirements, providing an exceptional experience for employees.
  • Maintain and partner locally with in country vendors to ensure employees and leaders are receiving the proper support.
  • Ensure all HR mandatory compliance requirements in place satisfying local legislation under the guidance of policy owners to minimize risk to Cisco, liaising with accountable stakeholders.
  • Ensure new Local or Regional Guideline/Policy or Procedure are introduced, reviewed, updated and communicated to Leaders & teams, liaising with accountable stakeholders.
  • Implement & support global programs, initiatives & events locally providing in-country expertise to ensure the best approach and employee experience, under guidance from relevant partners.

Country Support team i s a fun, dynamic virtual team located at critical Cisco sites and firmly integrated and aligned with key partners in People and Communities other teams including People Support, Hire and Engage, Mobility, Payroll, WPR and etc.
