Roles and Responsibilities
Service to Existing school
Visit existing schools, conduct trainings, retrainings, CRO, Assessment, Teachers demo & all training related work
Marketing
Support the state head in identifying new schools, doing Demo & signing up schools
Technical Support
Manage Software installation etc & support state head in programme implementation & Delivering Results
ensure proper implementation of the course in the schools.
2) Train the teachers on Phonetics and grammar periodically throughout the year.
3) Conduct workshops on Teaching English as a Second Language.
4) Visit schools for class room observation and provide feedback.
5) Analyse the scores and make a detailed CRO report.
6) Help the Sales team by providing demo for teachers and staff.
7) Organise parent orientations for new sign ups.
8) Develop training materials and make constant development of the content.
