We are looking for organized and experienced trainers to join our growing Product Training/ Education team.

Responsibilities

• Understand the product thoroughly by working closely with product management, product engineering and professional services.
• Understand the training needs of various internal organizations like professional services, support, engineering and QA.
• Design training methodology and certification tracks.
• Develop training content, evaluation strategy.
• Deliver product training internally as well as to our customers, at customer location in India orabroad.
• Keep content updated with the product evolution.

Skills And Qualifications

• 10 + years of experience in product training development and delivery to business users.
• Ability to learn and grasp enterprise software products.
• Exceptionally strong written as well as verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively deliver training over the web or in classroom.
• Contract management domain experience is a plus.

Please note t itle would be Senior Product Trainer / Lead Product Trainer based on experience and skill set.
