Job Title: BDM/Sales Manager

Location: Andheri (E), Marol

Experience: 5-6 yrs

Primary Responsibility:

• Breakthrough new clients

• Forge new alliances with major software product companies (for training partnerships) and educational institutes (for offering training programs for them)

• Improve sales realization

• Pricing strategies

• Build new verticals, such as retail training, academic institutions, e-Learning, virtual classroom, etc.

• Preparation of sales and marketing budget 

• Relationship building with key customers, including periodic visits to them

This will also include building the Trainer Network:

• Sourcing the Trainers/Consultant as per the Business Requirements for PAN India.

• Negotiations rate with Trainer/Consultant/ Infrastructure Vendor.

• Training Need Identification and Performance Needs Analysis

• Estimation of Training Cost & Benefits Analysis

• Identification & Hiring of Quality Instructors and Materials

• Infrastructure Vendor Management PAN India 

• Training opportunities, technical communications, and liable indirectly for achieving the targets of the sales

• Process the training leads on a day-to-day basis

Tasks:

• Planning visits to clients 

• Target oriented 

• Updating the internal CRM systems

• Follow through till the closure of the deal

• Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered

This will also include some of the tasks below

• Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals

• Providing ongoing support for customers post training

• Provide the right information to the Trainers/Consultant

• Coordinating with the Sales Team and passing the information to them.

• Maintain quality & delivery responsibility

• Material and test paper responsibility for all external Trainer training

• Feedback form, Attendance sheet collection after the training from freelancer Trainer

• Con-call handling (Faculty and client)

• Sharing feedback with the freelancer after every program

• Updating trainer profile every quarter

• Fixing up meetings between freelancers.

• Freelancer mock session arrangement

• Interview for freelance first level

• Invoice and Payment handling Trainer/Consultant/ Infrastructure Vendor

• Release the PO to Trainer/Consultant/ Infrastructure Vendor.

 Education & Skill:

• MBA / Technical graduation will be preferred.

• Graduating with a Management degree will also be ok.

• Total Experience: 5-6 years or more of experience in the sales function, preferably a major part of which should be in the IT industry. Experience in the IT training field will be an advantage.

• Should have independently managed the sales function with a team of about 4 to 5 Sales Managers.

• Experience in IT Training will also be added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills & Analytical skill.

• Responsible, dedicated &task driven.

• Aggressive, Ability to handle team, Leadership skills, Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written), Relationship Building Skills, Influential person.
