Job Description

•        To collaborate with the HODs and Faculty in providing the academic vision for the institute.

•        Responsible for ensuring that teaching and curriculum at the institute meet the highest global academic standards.

•        Work collaboratively with the HODs on programme development, programme viability, programme outcome and academic renewal.

•        Effective administration of all the Academic activities.

•        Develop and oversee the curriculum, instruction, and assessment processes for the programs.

•        Lead Faculty training and professional development.

•        Plan faculty meetings, orientations, training and workshops.                                                                       

•        Oversees and manages the development of curriculum and assessment.

•        Establish robust systems and processes to make the institute a center of excellence.                                                  

•        Introduce sustainable new initiatives to face the challenges of Skill Development and meeting the expectations of students and the industry.             

Qualifications and Experience

Preferably Ph. D. , Masters in Broadcasting and Journalism with experience of 15+ years. Dynamic leadership and communication skills desired.
