We have onboarded 400+ teachers to date & our group classes consistently demonstrate strong learning outcomes for students.
In 2022, enguru was acquired by US-based Open English, the leading English learning platform in Latin America & Europe. With Open English’s support, we will increase our teacher & student base, expand our curriculum & further improve our content. With an immediate focus on India, enguru will also expand to South-East Asia over the next few years.

Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts.
• Ability to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Consult with senior management to discuss feedback or ideas in existing products to increase revenue.
• Identify and qualify new customers as per the company’s policies and business model
• Ability to do calls and follow-ups with customers for discussing new opportunities and meet conversion targets.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database, with call dispositions & activities.
• Work with teams to achieve the weekly & monthly targeted revenue.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience 6 months – 1 year, as telesales representative or other sales/ customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
