The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who is excited about delivering quality learning to children at
scale. He/She is an experienced educator with a history of successfully leading large teams and
operations.
Principal Accountabilities:
❖ Lead a team of Senior Academic Excellence Managers and Academic Excellence Managers who
monitor LEAD School curriculum execution.
❖ Design and monitor processes to track execution and progress across schools.
❖ Visit schools at regular intervals, train principals, coordinators, and teachers, observe classes to
ensure excellent execution of the system across schools.
❖ Liaison between central and field teams to increase impact in classrooms.
❖ Coach and mentor the team to build their ability to service all schools.
Must:
❖ 5+ years of experience.
❖ Very strong academic background.
❖ Excellent people management skills.
Should:
❖ Should have managed a team of 30 people.
❖ Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
❖ Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
Nice:
❖ TFI or similar background, teaching experience
