Job Description
We are looking for a Learning Consultant /Sr. Learning Consultant to join as part of the team
v Engage with candidates on tele-calls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chat, etc.
v Building a high-quality engagement driven discussions with prospective candidates and enrolling them in our learning programs
v Data Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from lead stage till conversion and build an engagement-based sales model by working effectively on CRM.
v Focus on High Quality Sales and adherence to strong sales processes
What we are looking for
v 0-5 year of sales experience in B2C in Ed Tech Industry
v Sales masters with a track record of outstanding sales achievements
v Good understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms, Etc)
v Excellent communication, listening & conviction skills.
v High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
v Premium Pedigree is an added advantage.
v High Level of Result Orientation
