  • Manage content strategy and development for Cvent’s Customer Success Group and Quarterly Product Update programs
  • Coordinate with product or topic SMEs as needed and help bring together our brand and platform story
  • Elevate virtual and in-person content experiences while showcasing Cvent technologies’ capabilities
  • Creation of customer collateral, messaging briefs, blogs, and other marketing assets to support customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, specifically for the onboarding and adoption phase
  • Align with Sales and Client Services to optimize the onboarding experience through communications strategy, copywriting support, and collateral creation
  • Create marketing materials and content that promote our services and features to customers
  • Apply insights from the Customer Journey Mapping exercise into actionable practice to improve customer touchpoints, messaging, and calls to action
  • Partner with our Cvent Community team to moderate discussions, connect with users, and champion the voice of the customer in ongoing program strategies

 

  • Education: MBA required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience in B2B product marketing or communications 
  • In-depth knowledge of Cvent Event Management products a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to draft engaging, concise customer-focused content
  • Someone with a natural passion and a flair for storytelling and content writing
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Data driven and ability to analyze performance metrics to help guide future content and communication strategy
