Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the Academy’s Centre of Learning for Technology and Engineering Skills and match Industry demands.
- Develop and execute learning strategies, deploy short-term and long-term programs for talent development, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build the Centre’s capability, develop and deploy training programs, and identify financial budgets.
- Use ADDIE Model for high-quality immersive learning experience, leverage learning technology for impactful training content, and build simulated learning experiences for developing techno-commercial-managerial skills.
- Undertake training impact and evaluation activities and work with other teams to shape the Academy’s Techno-Commercial and Engineering Learning Products and Services.
- To build Case Studies, Management Games, Cohort Working, Experiential Learning methods, planning and deploying effective OJT programs and other such other Instruments of simulated learning experience.
- To have tie-up for Technical Education with leading National and International Institutes including eLearning portfolios for continuous improvement in capabilities and stay abreast with cutting-edge Technological Practices.
- Develop and deploy KRAs, KPIs, and outcome measures and undertake any other activities in furtherance of promoting excellence.
- To work closely with ReNew Academy Governance Bodies and others including external SMEs, to meet Stakeholders’ expectation and also raise the bar of Academy Excellence.
