Job Description:

• Work closely with the Content and Capabilities Team Lead and Global CoE Operations Leads to identify learning needs, and develop capability building and learning strategies aimed at driving adoption of your Global Consulting Service Lines priorities

• Be responsible for the capability building and learning activities within your Global Consulting Service Line and be seen as the go-to person for learning within the global communities

• Develop your Global Consulting Service Lines learning curriculums for the Global Management Consulting key initiatives (i.e., Future of function and Powered Enterprise), ensuring to complement existing learning programs.

• Develop learning curriculums (this may be both from scratch and by collation) for your Global Consulting Service Line’s prioritized offerings, solutions, and assets, as well as relevant alliances (i.e., Salesforce, Workday)

• Drive community building and knowledge sharing by designing, developing, and deploying sessions on key topics (i.e. key client wins, case studies)

• Report regularly on how capability building and learning initiatives are landing, and articulate ROI through this work using analytics and insight.
