Responsibilities:

1. Creating spoken English content, such as audio recordings or videos, to supplement written materials and enhance students’ listening and speaking skills.

2. Developing and implementing lesson plans that are tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.

3. Conducting online English language tutoring sessions using video conferencing software such as Zoom or MS Teams etc. focusing on improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

4. Preparing and reviewing study materials and assignments for students.

5. Assessing student progress and providing feedback to students and their parents/guardians and address any concerns.

6. Maintaining records of student progress, including attendance, test scores, and homework completion.

7. Providing additional resources and support to students who are struggling with particular aspects of the English language.

8. Creating selection parameters and training tools and programs for Volunteers tutors.

9. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in English language teaching methodologies and incorporating these into lesson plans where appropriate.

10. Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

1. At least a Bachelor’s degree in English, or a related field.

2. At least a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

3. At least 3 -5 years of experience teaching English language. Preferably to young kids of class up to 10th.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

5. Experience working with students of different ages and levels.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students and parents/guardians.

7. Knowledge of English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

8. Familiarity with online tutoring tools and software.

9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 per month
