The candidate to call student and parents from the leads provided and generate walk-ins. Counseling to the students once they walking in for the best course for them. Enroll students as per monthly target assigned. Own your student for total cycle of his education in institute.

Role duties
- Day to day responsibilities & scope of the job
- Call students from database generated
- Generate walk –ins as per target assigned
- Convert candidates into students with closing of payments
- Group counseling, Parents counseling
- Follow the sales process and complete the admission
- Self-initiative to improve efficiency
Skills & Competencies requirement
- Comfortable to work under sales target collectively with team member
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)
- Guiding the candidate for right course, negotiation, objection handling skill’s
- Organising and planning competencies
- Time management skills, Self-Driven, Computer Savvy & Digital Technical skills
