Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop materials for learning solutions which may include storyboards, digital/e-learning modules, and/or electronic performance solutions per the design documents and project schedule.
• Work collaboratively with the global team to ideate, conceptualize and materialize ideas from storyboards, video scripts and meeting notes to create digital assets such as videos and infographics.
• Maintain high visual and UI/UX standards and is able to assess the visual appeal and accessibility of digital solutions.
• Support the maintenance and update/creation of tools, templates and processes related to digital media learning solutions.
• Identify relevant interactive/visual design alternatives for inclusion in the solution that will most effectively accomplish the business objectives and learning outcomes.
• Attend status update meetings with other project team members on basis appropriate for each project and be prepared to communicate any items or issues that are relevant to other members of the team.
• Address review comments in a timely manner.
• Research innovative uses of digital-learning tools and multimedia design trends that could be applied to further support learning and performance solutions development.
