- Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Maintaining and updating databases and files.
- Processing paperwork, such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Handling correspondence, such as emails and letters.
- Providing administrative support to other departments, such as human resources or finance.
- Conducting research and preparing reports.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Communicating with colleagues and clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
WShould have strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They should also be proficient in using computer software and technology, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are also important for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field may be required, depending on the specific role and company.
