The details of job are as follow:

• Generally office hour starts at 10:00 am. The person is supposed to reach by 9:50 am. Timing is negotiable.
• The counsellor should be fluent in both Hindi and English language.
• The counsellor is supposed to handle (inform) enquiries, attend and make calls, and maintain data entry of the handled enquiries.
• The promotion (including remuneration increase) and continuation of the counsellor as an employee is dependent upon conversion rate, efficiency and other institutional feedback.
• The counsellor is supposed to be at work during emergency situations.
