Jeetech Academy is a leading educational institute offering a wide range of courses. We are looking for a motivated and experienced telecounsellor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about our courses and answer any questions they may have.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help them choose the right course for their needs.
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, or other channels to keep them engaged and interested in our courses.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telecounselling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus.
