Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physics Faculty to join our team of educators. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of physics and be able to teach students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
The candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering physics courses, designing assessments, providing academic support to students, and contributing to the development of the department.
Responsibilities: •
- Develop and deliver high-quality physics courses for JEE students •
- Design and administer assessments to measure student learning and progress •
- Provide individual and group academic support to students •
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to departmental development and initiatives •
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physics education and integrate new techniques and technologies into teaching strategies •
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, attendance, and grades •
- Mentor students and assist in their overall academic growth and development
Requirements: •
- PhD or Masters degree in Physics or related field •
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching physics, particularly to JEE students •
- Strong understanding of JEE curriculum and exam pattern •
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment •
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members
- Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning •
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in the field of physics education
