We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team in Delhi.

Job Description: The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking educational advice and assistance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and counselling to students
• Help students identify their academic strengths and weaknesses and develop a personalized plan for academic success
• Assist students in selecting courses and programs that align with their academic and career goals
• Coordinate with academic advisors and faculty to provide students with timely and accurate information
• Conduct informational sessions and workshops for students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
• Continuously improve the counselling program through feedback and evaluation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in academic counselling or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Presentable and professional demeanour
