Job Overview :- We are looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills both written (email) & verbal (telephonic).

Adept in making sales phone calls to effectively relay information about a service. Committed to working professionally and diligently on behalf of a company.

Roles and responsibilities:-

• Attending regular team meetings through ( Video Conference )to clarify progress and performance-related expectations .
• To help the students for choose right course for their future.
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback And Handling customer problems also.
• Initiate, negotiate and close deals with existing and new customers.
• The role requires a combination of technical knowledge and commercial acumen.

• Identify, qualify and present potential customers for product development. And resolving queries about product.
• Dealing with difficult situations in a calm manner.

Key skills required:-

• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Management of web/ telephone and email-based works.
• Act as sales, business development and marketing representative for key accounts.
• Creating and delivering high-quality presentations.
• Be able to communicate with a wide range of people from all levels of the organization
• Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Convince decision makers to purchase products or services.

Qualification: – MBA, BBA, Graduation, Computer skill

Experience: – minimum 1 year

Salary: – 1 L – 1.05 L/Anum
