Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
• Observing and guiding children while they learn in the classroom environment.
• Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
• Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Communicate with parents on the progress of the child.

Essential Abilities and Personality Competencies:

• Highly energetic, jovial, patient and empathetic
• Excellent observational, and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
• A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.

Education Qualification:

• A Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certificate in Montessori Method
• A degree or Diploma in Early childhood teaching, education, child psychology or in a related discipline is preferred.
• Courses or training like storytelling, dance, music, drama, origami, sign language, or any course related to Early childhood education would be advantageous.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of Experience in working with Montessori School will be preferred

or

• 3-4 years of Experience in working with pre-schools / Playgroups.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
