We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP/CRM Software Sales Trainer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for ERP/CRM sales and the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.

The Software Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that improve the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales teams.

Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve their knowledge and skills in selling software products

– Design and deliver ERP / CRM sales training workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions

– Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online training modules

– Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

– Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and design targeted training programs

– Conduct training needs analysis and make recommendations for training programs

– Develop and maintain relationships with sales team members to understand their training needs and ensure they are receiving the support they require

– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training

– Provide regular feedback to sales teams and sales leaders on performance and training needs

– Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation in training sessions.
