Essential Qualification and Experience

B. Com with 5 Years’ of experience

M.Com with 3 years of experience

Desirable Qualification

• Highly skilled in Tally Prime Gold Software
• Highly skilled in MS Excel, Word.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Macros, Power point will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Statutory Compliances like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS on Income Tax, GST filing etc.
• Sound knowledge in Public Financial Management System
• Good Analytical skills and ability to work in complex environment as a team.

Job Description

• Payroll process incl. TDS, EPF, ESI, Annuity & Gratuity along with Bank Reconciliation
• Liaison with Banks, PF office for Salaries related tasks
• Salaries processing related tasks in PFMS module
• MIS report for project and manpower on need basis
• Liaison with HR Team for Salary processing tasks
• Support for Audit queries
• Record keeping and such other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Remuneration:

Rs. 4Lakhs/- (Four Lakhs only) per annum
