• Sales at Team Leader Level
- Extensive experience in Sales Training
- Should have deep understanding of FMCG business
- Ability to mentor frontline sales force
- Build a winning attitude in the Sales Force
- Manage the entire Training MIS including data pertaining to Training Effectiveness
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales and Sales Training
- OJT (On The Job training) Ready to be in-field working for minimum 15 days in a month for infield training of Field sales Force & Territory Manager.
- OJT Skill
- Virtual & Offline Training Skill
- Planning, Creating, Organising & implementing Induction & FMCG Selling skill
- Ready to Travel West, East & Northern Region.
- Tech Savvy
- Maintaining Training Data
- Good in Excel & Power Point
- Good Communication skill
- Fast Learner
- Extensive experience in Sales Training
- Deep understanding of FMCG business
- Superlative communication skills
- Ability to mentor frontline sales force
