Roles and Responsibilities

• Teaching students based on CBSE/IGCSE guidelines within the specialist subject areas.
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to address students needs
• Encouraging student participation in lessons and in other school-related activities.
• Supporting the leadership team to implement the schools development plan.
• Assessing and reporting on the behaviour of students and work towards students improvement.
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality and applying the most up-to-date teaching methods including hybrid learning
• Taking part in opportunities to boost ones own learning and continuous professional development (CPD).
• Collaborating with parents, guardians, support workers, and other professionals to safeguard and ensure the educational welfare of diverse learners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates must possess adequate qualification (Graduate/Post Graduate) with B.Ed min 2-5 years of CBSE/ICSE/Cambridge/IB PYP curriculum experience in reputed International Schools.
• Proficiency in spoken & written English & MS- office is essential.
• Should have meticulous approach & a positive attitude towards the profession
• Should Maintain student discipline and cordial relationship with the staff, students, parents & with all those connected to the institutions both directly and indirectly.
