Job Role for Academic Counselor
– Connecting and Counseling working professionals for Career Development Programs.
– Cold calling the leads and database and converting to sales.
– Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate
– Maintaining connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers. – Maintaining Database and records of the candidates
– Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.
– Following Pre and Post Sales procedures. – Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.
– Competency in sales
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
– Passionate about sales
– Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
What we are looking for
– 4-6 years’ experience in Tele-Sales function in fast-paced ed tech start-ups
– Mastery in building, getting buy-in, and executing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-moving, technical environment.
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
– Adept at using data and analytics to track and measure results and inform decisionmaking and strategy direction – High on performance and ownership
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
