1. Subjects: English, maths, biology, physics, chemistry

2. Class level: 10th and 12th

3. Medium of instructions: Tamil and English

4. Deployment of 4 locations in Sri Lanka:

-Kandy and matale,

-nuware eliya,

-ratnapura and

-kegalle, badulla.

5. Eligibility criteria:

1.Proficiency in teaching in tamil (candidate to have studied Tamil at least till grade 12th in case sufficient number of candidates who teach in Tamil medium are not available)

2. Proficiency in English

3. Master’ degree, preferably with B.ed from a recognized university.

4. 5 years of teaching experience in the subject concerned.

5. Maximum age of 55 years

6. Physically fit.

7. Food, accomodation, conveyance, transport etc will be free of cost from company.

8. contract duration is one month and it can be extend as per the work.

6. Selection process:

1. Final selection of 10 trainers each for the 5 subjects will be done through a physical interview at a pre-decided location (preferably in south india).

2. 10th and 12th class syllabus will be shared with the shortlised candidates well in advance before the interview.

3. Cirteria for assessment: Proficiency in Tamil and English will be checked along with subject knowledge. Also the degree of preparedness will be checked as per the syllabus shared beforehand.
