• Give valuable advice/counseling on the program offered by the company to every single lead generated via various media.
• Contact all marketing-driven leads via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and social media to establish prospects and close admissions.
• Understanding the need of the client, the objective of considering the course, and delivering customized counseling.
• Maintain the database and activity record using CRM / LMS.
• Get post registration documentation done to offer ease in processing to operations team, coordinating inter departmental to serve the candidates in best possible way.
• Scheduling expert level interaction.
• Coordinating with operations for status on post registration delivery in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information for monthly reports, leads analysis etc.
