Immigration Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

 Respond to and follow up with all inquiries.

 Communicate effectively and promptly vital information to prospective via emails, phone calls, face-to-face sessions, etc.

 Schedule and conduct the campus tours and information sessions for the prospects.

 Maintain communication with the prospects, keep them updated on their application status, and encourage them to complete the next stage in the process.

 Provide outstanding customer service to enroll students in the university’s academic programs.

 Create and maintain prospect records and data in the CRM and other databases.

 Utilize data in the CRM to manage individual enrollment workflow throughout the funnel.

 Prepare reports and analyze data to coordinate enrollment efforts.

 Attend training sessions to receive updated information about academic programs, admission policies, and governmental regulations.

 Provide timely feedback to the Reporting Authority regarding market needs and challenges.

 Participate in outreach activities/events as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree with at least a year of relevant experience. Strong sales or counselling background and people skills preferred, background in customer service, sales, marketing, and higher education are a plus.

 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff, faculty, administration, students, families, and/or the general public.

 Self-starter, proactive, and have a problem-solving approach at work.

 Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM, and social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
