ROLE DEFINITION

Teachers are responsible for student performance (value) and student happiness by teaching the subject in an interesting and easy to understand way and building good rapport with students. He should teach students in an interactive and fun environment making sure class discipline is not compromised.

TASK & ACTIVITIES

Portion completion

• Co – ordinate with batch for school wise portion
• Complete the portion before time so that students get time for study camp / self study.

Evaluation

• Make school wise test paper & make sure that all chapter test are done
• Check the paper within 2 days and point out the mistake.

Performance acceleration

• Make a note of improvement that can be done.
• Suggest specific feedback to students so that he can improve.

Study camp

• Grade student on basics of the performance

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
