Take ownership of Student issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Responsible to provide High Quality after Sales Services to Students & maximize profit through increased patronage.

Assist and support sales team members to achieve outcomes.

Deal with complex and routine enquiries from students by email and phone, ensuring accurate and professional responses at all times.

Devising strategies, to enhance student experience & raising the bar each time.

Reviewing and analysing all aspects of the visa and immigration service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

Monitoring the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are submitted within the time limit set by the Consulates/Government.

Conceptualizing policies related to immigration & implementing controls and ensuring compliance.

Identify the need to train, coordinate and guide the advisors on the products & immigration rules to achieve the target.

Spearheading the delivery of projects on immigration, deployment, and mobility; leading end-to-end aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service.

Coordinating with the Processing Legal Officer on matters such as compilation, submission, & review of documents.

Confirming the accuracy, authenticity of information and legal documents provided by applicants within timeframe.

Monitoring processes to ensure legal compliance, following- Immigration Law Do’s & Don’ts & Consulate Procedures.

Formulating and communicating the KRAs of the team members and guiding them towards achievement.

Liaison with other managers and departments.

Should cover consulate updates with the various global consulates like client alerts, legislative changes, Visa Fee, submission process, changes in documentation, stamping duration and assesses impact & plans remedial measures.

Help Students completing questionnaire, documents checklist and preparing documents.

Maintain Visa check list and Application forms for quick reference.

Inform the Students/client if any document missing against the visa check list to avoid the rejections from the Embassies and Consulates.

Provide excellent service and full information of visa documentation and processing time to all clients.

Implementing new ideas and designing a business plan for achieving the desired target for the coming intakes

Should be a multitasker having knowledge of Schengen, Canada, UK mission & other countries visa processing operations.

Oversee the maintenance, disposition, and security of student records.

Keeps the track of any recent changes in admission process and communicate the same to Sales Agents.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high attention to detail.

Good organizational skills with the ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations.

Strong analytical skills

Verifying the Financials and assessing them under the “Streamline Visa Processing” on behalf of the University.

Settling all immigration & taxation matters as per the need & assisting with all rules & regulations for processing visas.

Skilled in building & cementing relations with Legal & Government Authorities and Global Teams to drive strategy

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Manager – Student Support is responsible for defining, delivering and evaluating a highly effective student support strategy to raise profile and awareness within international/domestic markets, meet ambitious targets, and significantly drive the Student Support team to increase student enrolment numbers.

He/she would lead a team of Student Support Officers who will provide one-to-one counselling and support to potential students who have shown an interest by paying an initial deposit in studying with one of Global University Systems’ (GUS) institutions or partner institutions.
