Primary:
- Understand Business requirements of training in Project Management and continually update the content and reference handbooks .
- Closely coordinate with Business; visit to project sites as may be necessary.
- Closely work with HR to map competency development needs and for nominations
- Design the contents, pedagogy & manage the training Programs. Create reference handbooks.
- Prepare program budgets and costing sheets
- Identify Faculty for programs managed by self
- Coordinate with internal and external faculty to ensure smooth delivery
- Create Digital content for online modules
- Connect with specified ICs as relationship manager
- Write cases for teaching purposes, Publish Papers relevant to business
- Manage collaborations (Domestic and International Institutions)
- Contribute to Knowledge portal of IPM
Secondary:
- Validate brochure content prepared by assigned program secretary
- Follow up on Nominations as required.
- Any other admin work as assigned by Dean
- Coordination with program secretaries
- Continuously develop professional networking
