We are looking for enthusiastic Admissions Counsellors (Telesales) in the Education sector, to generate sales in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for interacting with potential customers to subscribe to our live learning courses. You must be friendly and persuasive. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Job Responsibilities :
– Regularly follow up with leads through Tele-calling/emails/chat
– Align students for demo classes and course counselling
– Maintain follow-ups with prospective students & parents and convert them to clients.
– Achieving sales targets as per timelines set
– Ensure that sales reports are completed on time and accurately meet targets
– Ensuring all queries are resolved within the given TAT
– Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Skills/Abilities :
1. Any graduate/post-graduate/diploma
2. 1 – 3 years of experience of B2C sales in the Education industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
4. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
Tech requisites:
-Comfortable with Google workspace
-Having a good Laptop, High speed Internet, phone (Mandatory)
Working days: 6 days
Weekly off: Monday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
