Job Title : Buddy Counselor – Overseas Education
Job Type : Full-time. ONLY Work from OFFICE only. NO WFH.
Shift Timing: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Job Location : Marathon Futurex, A-2401, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013

Responsibilities:

The Buddy Counsellor will be the first point of contact between the Senior Counsellor and student who wishes to go abroad for studies, converting leads, identifying potential customers and closing sales.

He will

• talk to the student, understand his intent as to why he wants to study abroad
• understand which country and course he wants to do from
• give the student an introduction about what the organisation does
• collect the necessary documents such as marksheets passport and forward it to the Senior Counselor

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in English Communication and a convincing personality
• Should be able to manage a daily volume between 80-100 calls
• Clear diction and clarity in speech
• Intent to work for long term and build a career

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 per month
