Tax4wealth is looking for a receptionist (Only Female candidate) for Patna location with a Smart and charming Personality.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Performs clerical duties to help office run smoothly and efficiently.
· Attending and maintaining the records of visitors and inquiries over call or on common email.
· Meeting and greeting Guests.
· Meet prospective clients, handle all their queries related, and convert them to admission.
· Corresponding with potential students and institutions with regard to applications.
· Liaison between students and education providers.
· Design a reasonable and effective study plan in line with students past qualifications and work history.
· General administrative duties including managing reception occasionally, handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondences, filing and archiving files, etc.
· Manage student applications, selection, and admission.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
