Providing psycho- therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse, maintaining the documentation for the same.
Major Deliverables :-
The major responsibilities are: –
Providing psycho- therapeutic to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse
Maintaining the client data base and documentation of all cases in the organizational formats and submitting monthly updates to the Coordinator.
Conducting group sessions on the various topics related to Mental Health like self-care .
Job Challenge :-
To be able to reflect on field realities, challenges and movements specific to interventions on the issue of CSA and work towards mitigating concerns in a timely manner.

Educational Qualification :-
Masters in Psychology full time with a UGC recognized university.
Desired Experience :-
1- 2 years of experience in direct psychotherapeutic interventions with client. (Not Mandatory) Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.
Other desired attributes :-
Being able to work in a team with clear and open communication. Knowledge of windows, word and excel is necessary.
Language Proficiency :- Fluency in English, Hindi and Preferably Marathi.

Salary range:- 23K + Travel + Therapeutic + Training
