Job Description:
The Department of Science and Humanities at JKKN College of Engineering and Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maths Associate Professor to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of Maths courses and will contribute to the department’s ongoing efforts to maintain a high level of academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and graduate level Maths courses

Develop and update course materials and assessments

Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication

Mentor and advise students

Participate in department and college committees

Contribute to departmental and college-wide initiatives

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Mathematics or related field from an accredited institution

Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level

Strong research record in mathematics, with a focus on applied mathematics

Experience in curriculum development and assessment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education

Eligibility:
candidate should have a strong background in Mathematics

with a focus on applied mathematics.

Candidates with expertise in related fields such as statistics

mathematical modeling
